Abstract
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Invasion, Chinese Communist Party developed the democracy creatively, raised the people's democratic awareness, established the political system which adapted to the state of the nation and implemented democracy with effective methods. The advanced political civilization promoted the success of the war.
