The paper analyzed the democracy practice of Chinese Communist Party during the War of Resistance Against Japan on the base of expatiating the basic ideology of the Chinese Communist Party's new democratism.It concluded that the chiefly political goal of chinese people in the history of the 20 century is to realize the democracy.At last,it discussed that the construction of the social democracy should set about to establish political consciousness,political system,political behavior and so on.
