The study of influencing factors on land resources development and use in urban fringe--A case study of the Haidian district, Beijing

The urban fringe acts as an important role during the urban developing rapidly, and effectively relaxes the land use intensity. During the urban developing process, the land resources of the urban fringe changes rapidly, agricultural land decreases rapidly, the arable land decreases more seriously; the size of construction land such as urban land and industrial and mining land increase fast. This thesis analyses and studies the land use change of the Haidian District, urban fringe of Beijing. It preliminary analyses and studies the main factors of influencing land resources development and use through natural condition, industrialization and urbanization, the land use economic efficiency index, economic developing stratagem and industrial policy, ecological environment construction and protect. 
