Abstract
The problem about agriculture,countryside and farmershas become a very big issue in social economic development in China from the late years of 1990s.The key of this problem is to increase farmers' income.The strategies to solve this problem are to plan the nation's development as a whole,accelerate the speed of urbanization,control the population in rural area and develop rural human resources,and increase farmers' income according to the demands of the scientific concept of development.
