Abstract

The problems of agriculture, farmers and the countryside in the new era arise with the historical background that the development of the agriculture and rural economy has entered a new stage.It is characterized by a shortage of market demand and the slow increase of farmers' avenue.The solutions to the problems must be based on the new policies of the central government.We must consider the social and economic development of both urban and rural areas, guide the farmers to be centralized into cities,quicken urbanization of towns,increase the support to agriculture and improve the degree of the organization of farmers.
