The observation of the effect of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair in the application of primary inguinal hernia

Objective To investigate the effect for hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair in the application of primary inguinal hernia.Methods 105 patients with primary inguinal hernia cases treated in our hospital from October 2006 to November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups,the control group received traditional hernia repair treatment,and the observation group was taken with hernia ring filled tension-free hernia repair treatment.The clinical effects in the two groups after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant differences in length of stay and hospital costs for the two groups(P0.05),and it was not comparable.From the operation time,bed time,return to work time,look at the number of painkillers,body temperature changes,the two groups were with difference,P0.05,and there was statistically significance.In the comparison of wound infection,incisional pain,scrotal edema,abdominal wound healing,foreign body sensation,compare ischemic orchitis complications,the two groups were also with significant differences(P0.05),there were statistically significance.Conclusion The clinical effect for hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of primary inguinal hernia is significant,it is with high safety,less pain and fewer complications.
