Discussion on policy and right-safeguarding measures to South China Sea in future

In recent years,the situation of South China Sea is becoming increasingly complex, including proactive intervention by major countries outside the region,obvious hostility from surrounding countries.The situation is grim for China to safeguard of South China Sea. In the future,influenced by the rapid development of Asian economy and the eastward stratagem center of US,South China Sea Issue will becomes more internationalization,complication and hostility,but less possibility to break out big scale conflict.Then,authors suggested the future policy should emphasize sovereignty belongs to China,reasonable development and effective administration,and also suggested measures to safeguard of South China Sea were proposed based on the perspective of development and management,which include strengthening management and control,deepening cooperation,impelling oil and gas exploitation,drawing up development planning,supporting private development,guiding unofficial opinions and so on.
