Abstract
The protection of minor shareholders is a natural choice in the process of standardization of the corporation and the market. The newly publicized Revised Edition of Corporation Law has brought about an important breakthrough in the protection of minor shareholders' rights and the prevention of the abuse of the majority rule in the stock corporations. On the other hand, however, there still exist some shortcomings in the law.It is therefore necessary to further strengthen legal protection of minor shareholders.
