The Conception of Consummating Our Country's Minor Shareholder Legal Protection System

The ruling by the majority and the protection of the minority are the two sides that the company law should address at the same time.In modern companies,while the board's authority becomes increasingly powerful,the minor shareholders' rights tend to be more weakened.So it is necessary for the company law to provide more protections for the minor shareholders.This thesis,by first examining the relevant jurisprudence on the protection of minority shareholders,puts forward some suggestions on the perfection of the PRC's company law.
