Abstract

The paper introduces the configuration and function principle of main circuit system of HXD2 high-power AC driven electric freight locomotive,the composition,work principle,main functions and parameters,etc.of traction converting system of HXD2 electric locomotive in details as well,which provides a new idea for researching and developing of traction converting system of domestic high-power AC freight electric locomotive.
