Discussion on Establishment of China's Fire Emergency Rescue Command System

Abstract

The status of emergency rescue system and the fire emergency rescue command system are firstly analyzed.Then some problems existing in the emergency response mechanism,the allocation of emergency rescue resource and the emergency command system in China are summarized.To solve these problems,countermeasures are presented from four aspects,including implementing emergency rescue mechanism,strengthening the legal system of emergency rescue,intensifying the construction emergency rescue teams and establishing fire emergency rescue command system.This study results are helpful to consummate the emergency rescue system,construct scientific and perfect emergency rescue system,and improve the emergency rescue capabilities of public security fire forces in China.
