Abstract

Disasters and accidents happen frequently,and the public fire forces plays an important role in the emergency rescue action as the public security forces of the government.How to strengthen Chinese fire emergency rescue command system and how to improve public fire forces capacity in responding to the emergency rescue has become the major strategic issues concerning social stability and national security,this paper analyzes the current Chinese fire emergency rescue command system,pointing out the existing problems,putting forward the solutions to the problems.
