Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the diagnostic abdominal paracentesis and peritoneal lavage.Methods:590 patients were received abdominal paracentesis.10 cases out of 30 patients with negative outcome were performed with peritoneal lavage.Results: Among the 590 patients,560 cases showed pastive outcomes(94.92%).10 cases performed with peritoneal lavage were positive(33.3%).Conclusion:Diagnostic abdominal paracentesis and peritoneal lavage have significant diagnostic effect of abdominal closed wound,acute abdomen and ascites.They are more available in fundamental hospitals.
