Application of Abdominal ParacentesisLavage on Acute Abdomen

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of abdominal paracentesis lavage on the diagnose of acute abdomen.Methods From August 2005 to August 2009,106 cases of acute abdomen patients were performed abdominal paracentesis lavage.The pucture fluid routine examination,amylase analyzation and vision inspection were observed.Results 77 cases had positive results,the positive rate is 72.6 percent.29 cases had negative results,the negative rate is 27.4 percent.Conclusions Peritoneal lavage maybe a safe and rapid method for assessing suspected acute abdomen.It is suitable for clinical spread.
