Abstract

The report of 17th Congress of Chinese Communist Party clearly advocates that the Party should strengthen self-construction with the spirit of reform and innovation,which provides guiding principles and acting creeds for promoting total Party construction in a new period and a new phase.Party School education takes a significant position and plays an important role in Party construction and Party undertakings in colleges and universities.Thoughts and measures of Party School construction and innovation in colleges and universities are discussed from three aspects:to recognize situation clearly and persist belief firmly,enhancing Party School construction in colleges and universities;to grasp direction properly and achieve research deeply,exploring Party School construction paths in colleges and universities;and to liberate thoughts effectively and embark reforms actively,innovating Party School construction approaches in colleges and universities.
