Abstract
Fused deposition modeling(FDM) is a representative rapid prototyping.The high precision of parts is hard to be achieved,this is the primary factor of affecting the FDM development.This paper pays emphasis on analyzing the influence of various of factors on the precision,then gives the countermeasures and some methods which can improve the precision and surface quality of parts according to actual processing,which has reference value to the development and improvement of FDM process.
