Excluding Each Other or Depending on Each Other?--On the relation between socialism and market economy

Socialist market economy means developing productive force by use of market mechanism within the frame of socialist system. Socialism wants market economy to stimulate vitality and market wants socialism to create the good political and cultural circumstance for it. The two exclude each other as well as depend each other. It is necessary for us to constantly enhance and manage market system, at the same time of promoting the productive force by use of market mechanism to keep the stability of the socialist political system.
