On Fundamental Education and Future Teachers' Education by Normal Colleges

This paper systematically introduces the features of course reform and the challenge caused by course reforms to teachers, on the basis of course reforms in fundamental education .It points out the drawbacks in training future teachers, and proposes advice and definite measures on improving the education for future teachers by normal colleges.We should,in light of the new characteristics of the fundamental education and the new reform the courses and improve the teaching methodolgy, aiming to train qualified educators for the fundamental education.
