Abstract
Now more than a quarter of biotech drugs are monoclonal antibodies. But clinical reactions of human anti-mouse antibody (HAMA) prevent murine antibodies from human uses for long-term or repeated treatment. Therefore, humanized monoclonal antibodies shall be the development trend for long term or repeated treatment in human. Recent progress in clinical uses and research of humanized monoclonal antibodies are reviewed in this article.
