International Terrorism and Prevention Strategy

Since the Second World War,international has been flooding day by day.By means of violence and destruction,terrorist organizations and individuals do great harm to security of life and property,resulting in extreme terror and social unrest in the world.Since the 9.11 disaster of the US,practice of has increased a lot instead of fading.A new round of climax of terrorist attack was triggered when the US declared war on Iraq.Countries all over the world feel terrified at the thought of terrorism,and becomes a public number one enemy against constructing a harmonious world and the process of world peace.Just as American scholar Hayek pointed out terrorism is not a product of a vacuum but a red hot reaction to social reality.This paper,starting with the definition and the origin of international terrorism,through the new features that are reflected in the development of international and comparing worldwide experiences gained by taking measures against terrorism,discusses the cause of the forming and the flooding of terrorism,and makes a reasonable effort to establish a strategic prevention and cure system for enhancing global cooperation.
