Abstract

Terrorism is the pubic hazard in our world , and it has been a great threat not only to the security of the world but to the peace and development for mankind. In order to prevent and strike terrorism, the international community should take the measures which include severe strike, international cooperation and reinforcing the laws of anti-terrorism, first of all, must hold on the principle that tackles a problem both on the surface and at the root, and then eradicate the source of terrorism.
