Abstract

To observe the effect of soybean lecithin on lowering serum lipid in hyperlipidemia population.106 hyperlipidemia volunteers were divided into test group and control group randomly according to contents of serum lipid.Serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and indexes of safety were determined at the end of 45 days.Levels of TC and TG in test group decreased significantly comparing with control group and were different between before and after test, the rate of descent were 10.78 % and 15.92 % respectively. All kinds of indexes of safety in the experiment did not change.Soybean lecithin has the effect on lowering serum lipid in hyperlipidemia population.
