The rural financial system constraining new socialist rural construction,so we must speed up the rural financial system to meet the needs of building a new socialist rural.At present,the rural financial system reform to focus on five main areas:One is to strengthen the policy and commercial banks to finance new socialist rural construction support;Second,deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives,play its roles as the main force;Third,speed up and improve rural financial markets;Fourth,actively guide the healthy development of private financial institutions,to develop rural financial diversified subjects;Fifth,strengthen internal management of rural financial institutious to increase operational strains,and improve service levels.
