Perspective of Humanity in Zhang Ailing's Novels

Abstract

In the history of modern Chinese literature, Zhang Ailing was one of the writers who tried to explore the humanity. In Shanghai in the 1940s, her novels were noted for profound expression of several aspects of humanity. From this perspective, this paper analyses the content of her novels and her contributirno to the development of the subject matter of modern Chinese literature.
