Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Vitapex used in apexification. Methods Vitapex was used as an intracanal medication to induce the apical formation in root canal therapy of 31 cases (38 immature permanent teeth). They were examined within 6 months to 2.5 years. Results 23 teeth were successful, 12 teeth were improved while 3 teeth were failures. The effective rate was 92.11%.Conclusion Vitapex was an effective drug used in apexification
