Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Vitapex paste used in apexification of immature permanent teeth. Methods Thirty-two immature permanent teeth were subjected to this procedure with Vitapex paste.The postoperative clinical efficacy was observed for more than two years. Results The effective rate was 90.6%. Conclusion Vitapex paste on apexmcation of immature permanent teeth has significant efficacy for apexification.
