Abstract

Financial risk refers to the unreasonable financial structure,improper financing may lose company solvency and lead to investors' expected return downside risks.Financial risk is a practical problem the enterprise must face in financial management process.Enterprise managers only take effective measures to reduce the risk,and can not completely eliminate finacial risk.This article,from the definition of financial risk,analyzes the reasons for the formation of the financial risk,and based on this,discusses the main measures to resolve the financial risk.
