Enterprise Financial Risk and Control

The financial risk is a special expression form of the risk,along with the whole process of production and operation of the enterprise,and could not be eliminated or avoided. How to optimize the enterprise internal financial management,control and reduce the enterprise financial risk,is one of the key issues of the enterprise survival and development,and also is a major problem of the enterprise management main body to face and thrash out. In this paper,through the interpretation of financial risk concept and type,the causes of all kinds of financial risks are analyzed,and how to control all kinds of financial risks is discussed,so as to provide reference for the financial risk management of enterprises.
