Abstract

Experiments were done on 9 concrete columns under low cyclic loading mode.On the basis of formers, the impact of the stirrup forms axial compression ratio on the ductility was explored. The results indicate that regional confined can effectively improve the ductility of the columns, and Regional Confined Concrete(RCC) columns have excellent properties even under high axial compression ratio.
