Abstract

The subjects of the crimes of the traffic accident have been enlarged since the implement of new Chinese Criminal Law.Walkers and passengers have not enough strength to do harm to the traffic transportation.But they really commit crimes of the traffic accident.Institutions may also be the subjects of the crimes of the traffic accident.
