Abstract
In the reality, initial confirmation of traffic accident crime depends on that of personnel's death and injure, loss of property, and accident responsibility, and these factors have decisive meaning for the confirmation of the crime committed by suspects. From the perspective of the composition regulated in the present criminal lawful rules for traffic accident crime, analysis of its confirmation and administrative factors affecting responsibility for traffic accident crime helps to make sure some important problems in it.
