Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total saponins from Clematis intricata Bunge by response surface method,Methods: With ethanol as the extraction solvent, the independent variables were ethanol concentration, solid liquid ratio and extraction time, the yield of total saponins was determined as response value, the parameters of extraction technology of total saponins from Clematis intricata Bunge were optimized by response surface method. Results: The optimal extraction technology was as follows, ethanol concentration 75%,extraction time 40 mins, and solid liquid ratio 0.02g/mL.The yield of total saponins reached 5.539mg/g,which was well matched with the predictive extraction yield 5.638mg/g,regression coefficient of the binomial fitting complex model was 0.9894.Conclusion: Application of the extraction technology by response surface methodology was steady, reasonable and feasible.
