Abstract
Legal education in colleges and universities is an important way to uphold the rule of law,foster tal-ents of law,as well as prevent and reduce crimes.By analyzing the existing operational system of the legal education in colleges and universities,this paper specifies its existing problems,and points out that the legal education of col-leges and universities should carry out reasonable reforms to adapt to the requirements of establishing a socialist country ruled by law and provide some feasible suggestions for the reform of legal education teaching in colleges and universities.
