Abstract

The service system of short message based on GSM is Introduced.the operation principle of the message delivery platform is analyzed,The architecture of monitoring system based on GSM's short message is proposd,provide some key-codes of system,then the technological problem of gathering and transmitting with data of the effective long-range monitoring system were settled.
