Abstract
Environmental carrying capacity is the certain environment threshold that can bear the role of human activity under certain period and certain state.The research on the environmental carrying capacity is not only helpful to summarize the change rule among each environmental factor in interior donations,but also help for providing theoretical basis for adopting some environmental control measures.Using AHP,this paper analyzes the environmental carrying capacity of each environ mental factor and its integrated situation in Jiangsu Province dynamicly,then proposes some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system innovation,behavioral guidance and government support.
