Clinical effect of high ligation and punctate stripping of main great saphenous vein combined with small incision punctate stripping in treatment of varicose vein while displacement blood for varicose veins of lower limbs

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high ligation and punctate stripping of main great saphenous vein combined with small incision punctate stripping in the treatment of varicose vein while displacement blood for varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods 62 patients who suffered from varicose veins of lower limbs were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013,in whom 32 patients were treated by high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with small incision punctate stripping treatment of varicose vein with displacement blood(observation group),30 patients were treated by high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with small incision punctate stripping treatment of varicose vein without displacement blood(control group).The surgery time,blood loss,postoperative limb swelling,subcutaneous hematoma,limbs exercise,and esthesiodermia were evaluated.Results Two groups were compared in surgery time,blood loss,and esthesiodermia,the difference was significant(P0.05),but had no significant difference in postoperative limb swelling,subcutaneous hematoma,and limbs exercise(P 0.05).Conclusion High ligation and punctate stripping of main great saphenous vein combined with small incision punctate stripping in treatment of vari cose vein while displacement blood for varicose veins of lower limbs can effectively reduce the operation time and blood loss,lead to less trauma,shorter recovery time,has better treatment effect and is worth widely using in clinic.
