Abstract
Xueheng School is famous for its culture criticism and has offered some feasible advice on the development of New Poetry.However,Xueheng School have got no substantive achievements in the theory and works because of its culture conservatism standpoint.According to its criticism on New Poetry,we can see the gain and loss of Xueheng School.
