Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 64-row CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle automatic aspiration biopsy on diagnosing lung lesions under 64-row CT-Guidance.Methods Retrospectly studied on 55 patients undergoing CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle aspiration biopsy under 64-row CT-Guidance,53 of them were diagnosed by pathology. Results Among these 55 patients,39 cases were proved malignant lung cancer, and among these 39 cases,17 cases were squamous cell carcinoma,21 cases were adenomatous carcinoma,1case was anaplastic carcinoma,6 cases of 55 patients were metastatic lung cancer,2cases were pleural mesothelioma,5 cases were inflammatory lesions,1case was pulmonary tuberculosis and 2 cases couldn′t be diagnosed. The diagnostic accuracy was 96%,and there was no serious complications. Conclusion percutaneous transthoracic needle automatic aspiration biopsy under 64-row CT-Guidance was a safe and accurate method in the diagnosing and differential diagnosing lung lesions, which had high clinical value.
