A study on the ownership management of land development and consolidation——A case study of the major land development and consolidation project in the western land of Jilin Province

The ownership management has an important influence and meaning in consolidating the achievement of the land development,increasing the benefit of the land utilization and avoiding the disputation of the land right.Based on discussing the basic contents,types and procedures of the ownership management of land development and consolidation,aiming at the land ownership adjustment problems in the western part of Jilin Province,this article presents some countermeasures on strengthening the previous registration and regulating ownership adjustment operation.
