A Comparative Research on Criminal Law Protection of Private Property

Abstrcat China and foreign countries have differences in criminal law protection of private property in such aspects as legislative mode, protection target and means of protecting; the current criminal law of our country still has a weak point to the private property protection. In our country, incorporales and property protection of interests should be regulated among the criminal law, and offer the same protection with the property to the private property publicly-owned, death penalty to the crime of the property should be restrained in the application.
