On the Administrative Protection of Private Property

Based on the 2004 Constitution amendment concerning private property and the Property Law of the People's Republic of China,the paper suggests that a comprehensive legal system be established,with all aspects, constitution,civil law,and administrative law,included.These three separate veins ought to work together,each playing its own role,to realize full protection of private property.The inefficiency of protection of private property by administrative law in China today hampers the development of the private property protection in general.
