Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To determine the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of flunarizine hydrochloride.METHODS:The drug concentrations in plasma were assayed by HPLC after administration of a single oral dose of 25 mg flunarizine hydrochloride from Chongqing or Henan to each of 12 healthy male volunteers in a randomized cross over study.RESULTS:The AUC 0 24 ,T max , C max of Chongqing FZ and Henan FZ were (597 79±159 21)μg·h·L 1 and (605 22±176 51)μg·h·L 1 ,3 25 h±0 45 h and 3 50 h±0 52 h,(83 09±30 12) ng·ml 1 and (82 12±20 97)ng·ml 1 。CONCLUSION: The result showed that the two capsules were bioequivalent.
