The clinical observation of agitation in different anesthetic recovery period

Objective Using sevoflurane and isoflurane after recovery period of agitation.Methods select 70 cases of surgery were randomly divided into two groups of 35 cases,respectively,sevoflurane and isoflurane,and sevoflurane was the isoflurane group were observed agitation in the recovery period after surgery the situation.Results Sevoflurane group was 17 patients,isoflurane group was 16 patients,the occurrence of agitation recovery period,the two groups,χ2=0.06,P 0.05,no significant difference.Eye opening and extubation time compared sevoflurane group were shorter than when using isoflurane group,t=6.8595,6.9410 respectively,all significant differences(P0.01).Conclusion Sevoflurane and isoflurane anesthesia recovery period after a similar incidence of agitation,but eye opening and extubation times were shorter in the sevoflurane isoflurane,a certain application advantages.
