Analysis on the process of informed consent of medical researches involving human subjects in public hospitals in Shanghai

For improving the process of informed consents of medical researches involving human subjects in public hospitals,the authors suggested that the functions of hospitals ethics committees should be further strengthened, that the process of informed consent should be regulated,and that the communication with the publics should be enhanced and the physician-patient relationship should be improved.
