Abstract

The content,language and signatures of 145 Informed consents of the medical researchers involving human subjects randomly selected from 8 public hospitals in Shanghai were evaluated.The results showed that the consent forms were generally met the requirements of research ethics,but there were some defects mentioned.The authors recommended that the contents of informed consents should be regulated.
