Abstract
Objective:To observe the response and toxicity of combination with low-dose HCPT and low-dose FLP in patients with advanced digestive carcinoma. Methods:Thirty-seven patients with advanced digestive carcinoma were treated by combination the HCPT 5mg/d for 12 days and continuous infusion 5-Fu 300mg/d, CF 100mg/d for 14 days, PDD 8mg/d for 2 hours for 10 days.Results:The response rate is 59.5%. The toxicity of chemotherapy such as digestive reaction, phlebitis, myelosuppression.Conclusion:The method of combination with low-dose HCPT and low-dose FLP in patients with advanced digestive carcinoma has high therapeutic effect and low toxicity. It can also improve the quality of life.
