Abstract
The pH and acetic acid, butyric acid, ammonia nitrogen content will decrease and the lactic acid content will increase after inoculated homolactics in alfalfa silage. Inoculated heterolactics may improve pH and acetic acid content. Sprayed previous fermented juice, the pH and butyric acid content of alfalfa silage will be lower and lactic acid and acetic acid content higher.
