Abstract
Objective:To investigate the distribution and characteristic of vaginitis pathogenicbacteria in 21143 career women among the age groups. Methods:A total of 21143 cases of professional women of different ages participated in the physical examination during January 2009 to January 2010.The conventional wet-film and the Gram stain methods were used to process the vaginal secretions of the women patients. Results:The positive rates of vaginitis pathogenicbacteria were 44.96%,the detection rate of bacterial vaginosis was the most. The sample of patients with vaginitis aged below 20 and over 59 is too small,it has not been analyzed by statistics. There was no statistical difference among various age groups in trichomonas vaginitis(P0.05).While bacterial vaginosis and monilial vaginitis showed significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Among the 21143 cases of professional women of different ages, the most common is bacterial vaginosis, followed by Candida vaginitis, trichomonas infection is in the third place. There is significant difference in the detection rates of bacterial and monilial vaginitis in different ages(P0.05).
