Abstract

Ten kinds of microelements (Na,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr and Co ) in Sea Cucumber detected and analysed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The samples were digested with HNO3+ H2SO4(5:1). The precision and recovery for different elements within the limits of working curves were good, the range of recoveries (n=5) was 93.8 %-106.3 % and the RSD was lower than 5 %.The results indicated there were abundant nutritional elements for people in Sea Cucumber. The content of trace elements was found to be NaCa Zn KMgFeMn CuCoCr.
