Abstract
[Objective]The purpose was to realize nutritional value of sea urchin.[Method] Seven kinds of microelements(Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,and Mn)in sea urchin were detected and analyzed by flame atomic Absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Result]The results indicated that the samples were digested with HNO3+ H2SO4(5∶1).The precision and recovery for different elements within the limits of working curves were good, the range of recoveries(n=5)was 93.8%-106.3% and the RSD was lower than 5%.There were abundant nutritional elements for people in sea urchin. The content of microelements was found to be CaNaFe Zn Cu MnMg.[Conclusion]This study will provide useful evidence for effective exploitation of sea urchin.
